Introduction
We were interested in seeing in how the sun affects the earth's weather by the solar radiation it emits. To do that, we decided to take solar radiation measurements from ECONET stations across the state and compare them to air temperature, relative humidity, and soil temperature. The formula for calculating correlation can be found below.

Hypothesis
In this experiment we needed three different hypotheses - each comparing solar radiation to another weather parameter.
- As solar radiation increases, the air temperature will also increase.
- As solar radiation increases, the soil temperature will also increase but at a slower rate.
- There will be little to none relationship between solar radiation and relative humidity.
