Results - Piedmont

 

 

For station KTDF, the highest number of days with ice was 25 and occurred in 2006-2007. The lowest number of days with ice was 9 days and occurred in 2008-2009. For KGSO, the highest number of days with ice was 6 during 2004-2005. For each season after 2004-2005, the number of days with ice slowly decreased. For the 2006-2007 season, all stations except KTDF has less than 10 days of ice.

 

 

 

 

 

KSVH had the highest number of days with ice during the 2006-2007 season. The lowest number of days with ice for this station was 4 and occurred in 2008-2009. Overall, KRDU had the least number of days with ice, with no days with ice observed in the 2008-2009 season.

 

 

 

 

 

In 2004-2005 station KVUJ had the most number of days with ice, and that station recorded about 26 days with ice. The other stations that year recorded about the same days with ice, except for station KVUJ. This station also had the lowest days of ice in 2005-2006 with 0 days of ice. Station KEHO had the highest number of days which was about 3 days with ice. KVUJ again had the highest number of days with ice in 2006-2007, and it was about 18 days. The station with the lowest amount of days was KHFF with about 1 day with ice. Station KHFF had the highest number of days with ice in 2007-2008 and in 2008-2009.
