Our Conclusion

We have come to a conclusion that even though more F4 tornadoes occur near or in the Piedmont region that more happen in the Costal than the Piedmont. When we realized this we research more on the Costal Region. Our first conclusion on why the Coastal Region had more tornadoes than the Piedmont Region was that the coastal parts of the region caused most of them because of the intense winds that occur near the shores of North Carolina.
